摘要
为持续打造高等教育“质量中国”,应对新一轮科技革命和产业变革带来的机遇与挑战,国家大力推进“四新”建设。基于新医科背景,对医学专业研究生培养模式及方案中的不足进行分析总结,并结合当前医学发展所面临的前沿科学问题,在优化研究生培养模式、提升人才培养质量、完善教学模式、激发创新兴趣、增强人文素养等方面进行探索,以期为培养高素质、创新能力强的综合型医学高等专业人才提供新思路。
In order to continuously build“Quality China”in higher education and respond to the opportunities and challenges brought about by the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,our country vigorously promotes the in-depth development of the“four new”construction.Based on the background of“new medicine”,this paper analyzes and summarizes the deficiencies in the training mode and plan of medical postgraduates,and combines with the frontier scientific problems faced by the current medical development,and explores the optimization of postgraduate training mode,the improvement the quality of and the teaching mode,stimulates innovative interest and enhances humanistic quality,in order to provide new ideas for cultivating high-quality and innovative comprehensive medical professionals.
