摘要
随着我国资本市场迅速发展,市场上对金融期货类专业的人才需求不断上升。为了推动金融期货类专业不断发展,首先,详细探讨了金融期货类专业课程设置的定位、目标和原则等内容,并在借鉴发达国家期货专业课程设置的基础上,深入剖析了我国期货专业课程设置的现状及问题。其次,研究认为未来我国期货专业的课程设置应考虑借鉴美国商科模式下金融工程专业的课程体系,注重案例教学及强化理论素养的培养。最后,分别从理论联系实际、注重数量分析能力的培养和强化前沿化及国际化意识等方面探析了我国期货专业课程体系建设与创新。
With the rapid development of China’s capital market,the market demand for talents of financial futures majors will continue to rise.In order to promote the continuous development of the financial futures specialty,first of all,this paper discusses the orientation,objectives and principles of the curriculum of the financial futures specialty in detail,and analyzes the current situation and problems of the curriculum of the futures specialty in China on the basis of learning from the curriculum of the futures specialty in developed countries.Secondly,the study believes that in the future,the curriculum of futures specialty in China should consider learning from the curriculum system of financial engineering specialty under the American business model,pay attention to case teaching and strengthen the cultivation of theoretical literacy.Finally,this paper analyzes the construction and innovation of the curriculum system of futures specialty in China from the aspects of integrating theory with practice,focusing on the cultivation of quantitative analysis ability and strengthening the awareness of frontier and internationalization.
