智能制造专业教育中数字化能力培养的研究与实践 被引量:3

摘要 教育数字化转型是当前教育改革与实践中的热点,也是未来教育创新变革的发展趋势。培养学生的数字化能力,是教育数字化转型的重要目标之一。我国高校智能制造工程教育教学总体规模、行业地区分布状况及发展水平差距较大,亟须深入探讨智能制造工程专业人才培养方案。智能制造工程专业人才的数字化能力包括构造数字化模型能力、数字化抽象分析能力、仿真软件模拟能力、适应数字环境能力、智能设备或系统的操控能力。按照工业4.0智慧车间的基本构成模式,设计了基于数字孪生系统的智能制造工程综合实验平台,针对智能制造工程专业所需要的基础技术,具体分析了该综合实验平台在上述5项数字化能力培养中的具体作用。 The“digital transformation of education”is a hot topic in current educational reform and practice,and is also a trend for future educational innovation and change.The cultivation of digital capability for students is one of the important goals of digital transformation of education.The overall scale,regional distribution and development level of“intelligent manufacturing engineering”education and teaching in China’s colleges and universities vary greatly.It is necessary to discuss the training program for intelligent manufacturing engineering professionals in depth.The digital capabilities of intelligent manufacturing engineering professionals include the ability to construct digital models,the ability to analyze digital abstraction,the ability to simulate software,the ability to adapt to the digital environment,and the ability to manipulate intelligent equipment or systems.In this paper,according to the basic composition model of the Industry 4.0 smart workshop,a comprehensive experimental platform of intelligent manufacturing engineering based on digital twin system is designed,and the specific role of this comprehensive experimental platform in the cultivation of the above five digital competencies is analyzed with regard to the basic technologies required by intelligent manufacturing engineering majors.
