基于API模型的中小水库洪水预报理论研究与系统开发

摘要 入库洪水实时预报是中小水库管理单位共同面临的难题,本文运用API(前期雨量指数)产流模型配合谢尔曼单位线进行汇流计算,结合中小水库产汇流特点,合理概化并优选参数,提出了一种适用于中小水库入库洪水实时预报方案,进一步基于国产组态软件实现二次开发,设计了一款适用于中小水库入库洪水预报软件,适配国内主流水情自动测报系统。以重庆某水库2013-2022年实测入库流量为研究对象,结果表明本预报方案具有一定精度,可供无洪水预报系统中小水库管理技术人员参考使用。 Real-time flood forecasting is a common problem faced by small and medium-sized reservoir management,application the API(prophase rainfall index)runoff yield model,combined with the characteristics of watershed runoff yield and concentration,the L.K.Sherman unit hydrograph is used for concentration.Reasonable generalization and preferred parameters,a real-time flood forecasting scheme for small and medium reservoirs is proposed.Further based on the domestic configuration software for secondary development,design a suitable for small and medium-sized reservoir flood forecasting software,adapt to the domestic mainstream automatic water monitoring and reporting system.Taking the measured reservoir inflow of Chongqing Tengzigou from 2013 to 2022 as the research object,results show that the forecasting scheme is reliable and can be referenced for the management of small and medium reservoirs without flood forecast system.
