摘要
文章从海绵城市设计理念出发,以安徽省合肥市庐阳区全民健身体育中心工程为背景,首先介绍海绵城市给城市水资源问题带来的影响,其次对该工程中改善城市海绵特性所采用的设计方案进行介绍,最后对该工程雨水设计流量进行计算得到工程现场年径流总量控制。计算结果表明,本工程能达到场地年径流总量控制率高于设计值的目的,能有效地改善城市生态环境并达到水资源合理开发利用的目的。
With the National Fitness and Sports Center project in Luyang District,Hefei City,Anhui Province,as its starting point,this paper first discusses the impact of sponge cities on urban water resources before introducing the design strategy used to enhance the characteristics of urban sponge in the project.Finally,it calculates the design flow of rainwater in the project to obtain the total annual runoff control of the project.The calculation results demonstrate that the project can successfully improve the urban ecological environment and fulfill the goal of rational development and exploitation of water resources.The project's total annual runoff control rate will be higher than the design value.
