摘要
含蜡原油管道停输再启动压力与原油结构强度密切相关。为了理论上描述胶凝原油屈服应力,以胶凝原油微元强度服从Weibull分布为基础,结合统计力学理论及重正化群模型,建立了胶凝原油临界损伤屈服应力计算模型,并利用胜利及苏丹原油在胶凝点附近不同温度条件下的屈服应力对所建立模型进行可靠性验证。结果表明:在胶凝点附近温度条件下,随着测试温度的降低原油屈服应变呈下降的趋势;在测试范围内随着油温的升高,胶凝原油屈服应力越来越小,油温与屈服应力整体呈现幂律关系;相同温度条件下,随着剪切速率的增加,胶凝原油屈服应力逐渐增大;利用所建立的胶凝原油临界损伤屈服应力计算模型对不同温度条件下胜利原油屈服应力进行拟合,该模型能较好地描述原油屈服应力,计算结果可为含蜡原油管道停输再启动提供参考。
The shutdown restart pressure of waxy crude oil pipeline is closely related to the structural strength of crude oil.In order to describe the yield stress of gelled crude oil in theory,based on the Weibull distribution of micro-element strength of gelled crude oil,combined with statistical mechanics theory and renormalization group model,the calculation model of critical damage yield stress of gelled crude oil is established,and the reliability of the model is verified by the yield stress of Shengli crude oil and Sudan crude oils at different temperatures near gelling point.The result show that at the temperatures near gel point,the yield strain of the crude oils decreases with the decrease of test temperature;In the test temperature range,with the increase of oil temperature,the yield stress of gelled crude oils becomes smaller and smaller,and the relationship between oil temperature and yield stress is power-law;At the same temperature,the yield stress of gelled crude oils increases with the increase of shear rate;The yield stress of Shengli crude oil at different temperatures is fitted using the established critical damage yield stress calculation model of gelled crude oil,and the result shows that the established model can well describe the yield stress of crude oil.The research results can provide a reference for shutdown restart of waxy crude oil pipeline.
