摘要
为解决新型建筑工业化在发展过程中存在的共性技术标准化与企业技术私有化等矛盾,通过问卷调查了政策、设计及施工等方面的宏观性技术问题,通过建设单位、设计单位、施工单位及构件单位的企业访谈,调查了在实施过程中微观性的技术问题。文章提出了增强政府引导机制、促进企业创新发展,强化共性关键技术攻关、健全共有标准体系及形成产业技术生态链、促进企业技术融合三个方面的对策建议,以期为新型建筑工业化技术可持续发展提供参考。
In order to solve the contradiction between common technology standardization and enterprise technology privatization in the development process of new building industrialization,macro technical problems on policy,design and construction through questionnaires,and micro technical problems through enterprise interviews with owners,designers,builders and component manufacturers were investigated.This paper had put forward countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening government guidance mechanism,promoting enterprise innovation,strengthening common key technology research,perfecting common standard system,forming industrial technology ecological chain and promoting enterprise technology integration,which could provide reference for the sustainable development of new building industrialization technology.
