Model Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction Process of Acer mono Maxim Seed Oil

摘要 为研究色木槭籽油的超声提取工艺,以色木槭籽为原料,采用超声辅助提取技术,对料液比、超声时间、超声功率和超声温度进行单因素试验,根据试验结果设计Box-Behnken响应面法优化提取工艺并进行验证,得出最佳提取工艺为,料液比1∶17.50 g/mL,超声时间62 min,超声功率350 W,实际操作得油率为30.00%,与预期得油率30.48%基本一致。对比分析超声辅助提取与索氏提取所得色木槭籽油的脂肪酸构成和理化性质。结果表明,提取方式对籽油脂肪酸构成无影响,色木槭籽油脂肪酸类型19种,不饱和脂肪酸占比92%,代表性不饱和脂肪酸为亚油酸(42.4%)。色木槭籽油属于半干性油,干燥性和氧化稳定性较好,油脂各项指标均满足食用植物油卫生标准。该研究证实超声辅助提取能够实现色木槭籽油的高效提取,在不影响籽油脂肪酸构成的基础上,对其品质有所改善,为色木槭籽油的制备提供数据参考。 To study the ultrasonic extraction technology of Acer mono Maxim seed oil,the single factor tests of solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power and ultrasonic temperature were carried out with Acer mono Maxim seed as raw material by ultrasonic assisted extraction technology.According to the experimental results,the Box-Behnken response surface method was designed to optimize the extraction process and verified,the optimal extraction process was as follows:solid-liquid ratio of 1∶17.50 g/mL,ultrasonic time of 62 min,ultrasonic power of 350 W,the actual oil yield of 30.00%,which was basically consistent with the expected oil yield of 30.48%.The fatty acid composition and physicochemical properties of Acer mono Maxim seed oil obtained by ultrasonic-assisted extraction and Soxhlet extraction were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the extraction method had no effect on the fatty acid composition of seed oil.There were 19 types of fatty acids in Acer mono Maxim seed oil and the proportion of unsaturated fatty acids accounted for 92%,the representative unsaturated fatty acid was linoleic acid(42.4%).The oil of Acer mono Maxim seed was a semi-dry oil with good desiccation and oxidation stability.All the indexes of oil met the hygienic standard of edible vegetable oil.This experiment confirmed that ultrasound-assisted extraction could achieve the efficient extraction of Acer mono Maxim seed oil,without affecting the fatty acid composition of the seed oil,and improve its quality,which provided data reference for the preparation of Acer mono Maxim seed oil.
