摘要
分析了石油化工安全生产难点,主要问题为重大危险源较多、隐患和事故类型多样、风险防控点多面广、不易开展事故救援等。推进安全生产标准化建设有利于形成系统、规范、可靠的管理效果,实施路径为构建HSE管理体系、开展人员安全教育和培训、形成风险危害因素识别与防控机制、严格落实安全检查制度等。
The research process analyzes the difficulties of safety production in the field of petrochemical industry.The main problems are many major hazard sources,various types of hidden dangers and accidents,many risk prevention and control points,and not easy to carry out accident rescue.Promoting the construction of safety production standardization is conducive to forming a systematic,standardized,and reliable management effect.The implementation path is to establish a HSE management system,carry out personnel safety education and training,form a mechanism for identifying and preventing risk and hazard factors,and strictly implement the safety inspection system.
