摘要
先通过中和沉淀法结合冷冻干燥技术合成具有三维网络结构的壳聚糖气凝胶球,然后在室温下原位生长负载ZIF-8,成功制备出了壳聚糖/ZIF-8复合材料。通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和傅里叶红外光谱等测试手段对壳聚糖/ZIF-8复合材料的物相组成、形貌和表面性质进行表征。以刚果红为目标污染物,通过批量吸附实验探索吸附剂的投加量、被吸附污染物的水溶液初始浓度、pH值和温度等因素对壳聚糖/ZIF-8吸附刚果红性能的影响,探究其吸附机制。实验结果表明:壳聚糖/ZIF-8气凝胶复合材料在25℃下,反应时间180 min、pH为9、吸附剂加入量为0.1 g/L时吸附量可达1085.89 mg/g,且吸附过程与准二阶动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型拟合度更好。
Chitosan aerogel spheres with three-dimensional network structure were prepared by neutralization precipitation method combined with freeze-drying.Then,chitosan/ZIF-8 composite materials were successfully prepared by the in-situ growth method with ZIF-8 at room temperature.The phase composition,morphology and surface properties of chitosan/ZIF-8 were characterized by XRD,SEM and FT-IR.Using Congo red as the target pollutant,the effects of chitosan beads and chitosan/ZIF-8 beads adsorbent dosage,initial concentration of Congo red solution,pH,reaction temperature,and reaction time on the adsorption performance of Congo red were investigated by batch adsorption experiments,and the adsorption mechanism was explored.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of the prepared adsorbent can reach 1085.89 mg/g when the reaction time was 180 min at 25℃,pH is 9,the amount of adsorbent is 0.1 g/L.The adsorption process fits well with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isothermal adsorption model.
