摘要
试验采用某铜冶炼厂产出的粗TeO2为原料,通过净化除杂制得精制TeO2,采用精制的TeO2配制电解液,利用电解获得纯净的电解碲,再利用熔炼法制备出符合Te99.95牌号要求的精碲。通过经济效益分析,采用粗TeO2净化、电解、熔铸制备精碲,以年处理10 t粗TeO2计算,碲计价时的综合利润为48.96万元/a,碲不计价时的综合利润为279.90万元/a。
This paper uses crude tellurium dioxide produced by copper company as raw materia, by purifying the purified tellurium dioxide, the electrolyte was prepared with refined tellurium dioxide, using the electrolysis to obtain a pure electrolytic tellurium, the refined tellurium conforming to the Te 99.95 number was prepared by smelting method.Through the economic benefit analysis, using crude tellurium dioxide for purification, electrolysis and casting, with 10 tons of crude tellurium dioxide treated per year, the consolidated profit on tellurium pricing was 489 600 yuan/year, the comprehensive profit when tellurium is discounted is 2 799 000 yuan/year.
