摘要
为研究核黄素(RF)和包被RF(CRF)对牛生长性能、瘤胃发酵和血液指标的影响,用9头瘤胃瘘管牛进行3×3拉丁方试验,对照组、RF组和CRF组分别添加0、0.06 g/kg的RF和CRF。结果表明,与对照组相比,添加RF或CRF使牛日增重和养分消化率显著提高(P<0.05);料重比显著降低(P<0.05),且CRF组显著低于RF组(P<0.05)。添加RF或CRF,瘤胃总挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量和菌群数量显著提高(P<0.05),氨态氮含量显著减少(P<0.05);RF组总VFA、瘤胃普雷沃氏菌和纤维分解菌数量显著高于CRF组(P<0.05)。添加RF或CRF牛的血液中葡萄糖、总蛋白、白蛋白、胰岛素样生长因子-1和RF浓度显著增加(P<0.05);CRF组总蛋白、胰岛素样生长因子-1和RF浓度显著高于RF组(P<0.05)。说明RF或CRF均能提高公牛ADG和养分消化率;CRF对改善饲料效率和RF状态更有效。
The study evaluated the effects of riboflavin(RF)and coated riboflavin(CRF)supplementation on growth performance,ruminal fermentation and blood metabolites in bulls.Nine rumen cannulated Hol⁃stein bulls were allocated randomly in a repeated 3×3 Latin square design into three treatments:con⁃trol,RF and CRF with addition of 0 and 0.06 g/kg DM RF and CRF,respectively.The results showed that,compared with control group,the average daily gain and nutrient apparent digestibility increased sig⁃nificantly with RF or CRF addition(P<0.05),but feed to gain ratio decreased remarkably(P<0.05)with addition of RF or CRF.Moreover,the FCR was dramatically lower(P<0.05)for CRF than for RF addi⁃tion.Ruminal total volatile fatty acids(VFA)concentration and microbial populations increased consider⁃ably(P<0.05)and ammonia-N concentration decreased significantly(P<0.05)with RF or CRF addition.Furthermore,ruminal total VFA concentration,cellulolytic bacteria and Prevotella ruminicola populations were apparently greater(P<0.05)for RF than for CRF addition.The concentrations of glucose,total pro⁃tein,albumin,insulin-like growth factor-1 and RF in blood increased significantly(P<0.05)with RF or CRF addition.Moreover,concentrations of total protein,insulin-like growth factor-1 and RF in blood were greater(P<0.05)for CRF than for RF.The data indicated that addition of RF or CRF in⁃creased ADG and nutrient digestibility,and feed efficiency and RF status improved more with CRF compared with RF addition.
