摘要
以联合收割机协同作业过程为研究对象,对多台联合收割机协同作业过程中的行进速度、作业幅宽及单台收割机作业成本等因素进行分析,提出了一种以收割成本控制为目标的联合收割机作业路径控制优化算法,并采用DCS技术搭建联合收割机系统作业调度控制系统。仿真实验结果表明:在协同收割作业时,收割机调度控制系统能够根据收割需求、按照最小收割成本进行联合收割机数量及收割机型的调度控制;收割机作业时,能够根据最优化路径进行作业,最大幅度地提高收割作业效率,同时确保收割作业成本最低。
This paper takes the cooperative operation process of combine as the research object,analyzes the factors such as travel speed,operation width and operation cost of single combine in the cooperative operation process of multiple combine,puts forward an optimization algorithm of combine operation path control with the goal of harvesting cost control,and uses DCS Technology to build the combine operation scheduling system Control system.The simulation results show that the harvester scheduling control system can schedule and control the number of combine harvesters and harvesters according to the minimum harvesting cost according to the harvesting demand.When the harvester is working,it can work according to the optimal path,and can maximize the efficiency of harvesting operation,while ensuring the lowest cost of harvesting operation.
