摘要
高校分析测试中心是学校科研和教学的重要公共实验平台,为保证检测数据准确、客观,建立完善的实验室质量管理体系,实现检测质量有效控制至关重要。介绍了从质量管理体系的策划与设计到围绕人员管理、仪器设备、环境设施、技术方法等关键要素将质量管理体系引入高校分析测试中心的实践经验,为“双一流”新形势和大型仪器开放共享新任务下高校分析测试中心发展提供了思路和对策。
Analysis and testing center in university is an important public experimental platform for scientific research and teaching.In order to ensure the accuracy and objectivity of test data,it is very important to establish a perfect laboratory quality management system and realize the effective control of test quality.Based on the practical experience of introducing the quality management system of qualification into the analysis and testing center was introduced.The key aspects included personnel ability,instrument and equipment,environmental facility,quality control and so on.It provided ideas and count measures for the development of analysis and testing center in college under the new situation of“double first-class”and new task of opening and sharing instruments.
