摘要
在市场供需、产业基础和政策环境等产业融合理论框架下,基于2010-2019年黄河流域九省(区)平衡面板数据,构建两大指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型评估旅游产业与养老服务产业的综合发展水平及其耦合协调度。实证结果表明:旅游产业与养老服务产业的综合发展水平呈递增趋势,且差距正逐步缩小。二者耦合协调度整体上处于中等偏下的水平,耦合协调等级普遍偏低,但基本经历了中度失调到初级协调的过程。据此提出能提高旅游产业与养老服务产业耦合协调度的建议,为推动黄河流域九省(区)的产业高质量协调发展提供了理论依据。
Based on the balance panel data of nine provinces(regions)in the Yellow River Basin from 2010 to 2019,two index systems are constructed under the theoretical framework of industrial integration,including market supply and demand,industrial base and policy environment,the coupling coordination degree model is used to evaluate the comprehensive development level and the coupling coordination degree of the tourism industry and the old-age service industry.The empirical results show that the comprehensive development level of tourism industry and old-age service industry shows an increasing trend,and the gap is gradually narrowing.The coupling coordination degree of the two is generally in the lower level,and the coupling coordination level is generally on the low side,but it has basically experienced the process from moderate maladjustment to primary coordination.Based on this,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the coupling degree of tourism industry and old-age Service Industry,which provides theoretical basis for the coordinated development of nine provinces(regions)in the Yellow River Basin.
