摘要
针对目前老旧社区空间使用率低下、缺少对居民使用需求的关注等问题,研究以共享理念为导向的城市老旧社区户外公共空间更新设计。文章首先界定老旧社区与共享理念的基本内涵,并通过对于多个社区的实际调研得出现有社区的户外公共空间现状的不足,以及不同类型居民的活动需求等,通过联系共享概念的特性分析得出其介入社区户外公共空间设计的必要性。由此归纳出共享理念下社区户外公共空间设计的原则与策略。本研究能够为社区中公共空间使用效益最大、空间利用最优、受益人群最广提供参考,使社区户外公共空间更加人性化、高品质。
In response to the current problems of low utilization rate of old community spaces and lack of attention to residents'usage needs,we study the design of urban old community outdoor public space renewal oriented by the concept of sharing.The article first defines the basic connotation of old communities and the concept of sharing,and through the actual research of several communities,it finds the deficiencies of the current outdoor public space in existing communities and the activity needs of different types of residents,and then analyzes the necessity of its intervention in the design of outdoor public space in communities by relating the characteristics of the concept of sharing.This summarizes the principles and strategies for the design of outdoor public spaces in communities under the concept of sharing.This study can provide a reference for the most effective use of public space in the community,the optimal use of space,and the widest range of beneficiaries,making outdoor public space more humane and high quality.
