摘要
落实实践育人是培养合格护理专业人才的重要举措。上海健康医学院附属卫生学校注重以职业精神为引领,构建适合护理专业学生的多维实践育人模式,以课内第一课堂为基础、校内课后第二课堂为拓展、校外第三课堂为补充,引导学生在实践中长真知、强技能、担责任,在潜移默化中增强学生职业信心,提高职业道德素养和专业素养,提升实践育人效果。
The implementation of practical education is an important initiative to cultivate qualified nursing personnel.Health school attached to Shanghai university of medicine and health sciences focused on building a multi-dimensional practical education model suitable for nursing students led by professionalism,based on the first classroom in the classroom,expanded by the second classroom out of the classroom and supplemented by the third classroom out of the classroom,guiding students to learn knowledge,enhance skills and take responsibilities in practices,increasing students'professional confidence,improving professional ethics and qualities,and growing the effect of practical education.
