摘要
目前,在野外钻探现场或泥浆实验室内测量泥浆滤失量都是以传统人工测量为主,测量程序繁琐,读数误差大,工作效率低。为此开展了泥浆滤失量自动测量技术的研制,从结构设计、软件开发、传感器优选、新型过滤材料研制等方面进行技术攻关,研制了LSZ-1型中低压泥浆滤失量自动测量仪。通过实验室试验,实现了泥浆滤失量自动测量、数据储存与无线传输、装置自动清洗等关键技术突破。该仪器的研制成功,可为我国今后实施深钻工程智能化提供技术支撑,有效降低劳动强度,提高数据测量可靠性和工作效率,是钻探信息化、自动化的核心技术装备。
At present,the measurement of mud filter loss in the drilling site or in the mud laboratory is mainly based on the traditional manual measurement,with cumbersome measurement procedures,large reading error,and low work efficiency.For this reason,the research and development of the automatic measuring instrument for mud filtration has been carried out.LSZ-1 automatic instrument for medium and low pressure mud filtration has been developed through technical breakthrough in structural design,software development,sensor optimization,new filter material development,etc.Through laboratory tests,key technological breakthroughs such as automatic measurement of mud filtration loss,data storage and wireless transmission,and automatic cleaning of the device have been realized.The successful development of this instrument can provide technical support for the implementation of intelligent deep drilling engineering in the future,effectively reduce labor intensity,improve data measurement reliability and work efficiency,and is the core technical equipment of drilling information and automation.
