摘要
通过文献调研,以柯氏模型为基础,利用专家咨询法建立了含4个一级指标、10个二级指标、27个三级指标和20个四级指标的公共图书馆人才培训评估指标体系,并计算各指标的权重.
Through literature research,based on the Kirkpatrick Model,using the expert consultation method a public library talent training evaluation index system of 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators,27 third-level indicators and 20 fourth-level indicators was established and the weight of each index was calculated.
