常压储罐区VOCs尾气收集方式与减碳措施的探讨

摘要 中国石油独山子石化分公司紧跟国家标准规范要求,积极推进常压储罐VOCs治理技术的研究。从系统安全性、操作性和经济性出发,兼顾碳达峰、碳中和倡导的节能减排要求,该公司通过对常压储罐采用改进的新工艺技术,更换高效能的安全附件,优化收集与焚烧流程并不断完善操作管控要求,提高了装置的环保治理能力和综合经营能力,确保了环保设施在安全运行管控过程中,实现减碳、降本、增效的目标。 PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company follows the requirements of national standards and specifications closely and promotes the research of VOCs treatment technology for atmospheric storage tanks actively.Starting from system safety,operation and economy and taking into account the energy saving and emission reduction requirements of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,the company has improved the environmental management capability and comprehensive operation capability of the devices by adopting improved new technology,replacing safety accessories with higher performance,optimizing the collection and incineration process and continuously improving the operational control requirements for atmospheric storage tanks.This has ensured the realization of the goals of carbon reduction,cost reduction and increase in efficiency during the safe operation and control of environmental protection facilities.
