摘要 针对当前抄表效率低、实时性差、耗时、耗力、覆盖范围小,且缴费不方便的问题,开展了抄表系统需求分析,设计了一个基于物联网技术的智能计费服务系统。通过采集器、前置机、数据库和服务器等设备,实现了智能化抄表与核算,实时监控设备等功能。整个系统分为内部管理系统、前置机和外部系统3部分。内部管理系统实现数据的存储、管理与系统控制;前置机用于连通内部管理系统和各采集器,实现外部数据的交换和内部系统指令的传达;外部系统负责收集、传输数据,接收并执行来自前置器的指令。给出了系统的控制方式、数据处理方式,说明了智能计费服务流程和系统流程设计。经测试,所设计的系统安全可靠、运行稳定,操作简单方便,安装简单,成本较低,具有一定的应用价值。 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of meter reading,poor real-time performance,time-consuming,labor-intensive,small coverage and inconvenient payment,an intelligent billing service system based on Internet of Things technology was designed.Intelligent meter reading and accounting,real-time monitoring equipment and other functions were realized through collectors,front-end computers,databases and servers.The whole system was divided into three parts:internal management system,front-end computer and external system.The internal management system realized data storage,management and system control;the front-end processor was used to connect the internal management system and various collectors to realize the exchange of external data and the transmission of internal system instructions;the external system was responsible for collecting and transmitting data,receiving and executing instructions from the proximitor.The control mode and data processing mode of the system were given,and the intelligent billing service flow and system flow design were explained.After testing,the designed system is safe and reliable,stable in operation,simple and convenient in operation,simple in installation and low in cost,and has certain application value.
