基于PAD课堂教学模式的高等医学院校神经病学教学中的实践研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨基于PAD课堂教学模式的高等医学院校神经病学教学中的实践研究。方法选择2022年1—7月2020级1~8班的本科生为研究对象。其中1~4班为对照组共122例,5~8班为试验组共125例。试验组采用基于PAD课堂教学模式授课,对照组采用传统授课方式授课。比较两组理论知识、病例分析考核结果。调查两种教学方式的优势以及对两种教学满意程度进行评分。结果试验组理论知识、病例分析以及总成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组认为基于PAD课堂教学模式在提高学习兴趣、提高自学能力、加深对理论知识的理解、拓宽知识面、提高综合分析能力、提高语言表达能力方面的优势优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组在教学内容、教学方法、趣味性、能力提高、加深理论知识理解、提高综合分析能力方面的满意度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于PAD课堂教学模式的高等医学院校神经病学教学中可以显著提高教学成绩,学生认为其相对于传统的教学模式具有更突出的优势,对教学效果也更为满意。 Objective To investigate the practical research of neurology teaching in medical colleges and universities on PAD-based classroom teaching mode.Methods The undergraduates in Class 1-8 of Grade 2020 from January to July 2022 were selected as study subjects.In them,the students in Class 1-4 were divided into the control group(n=122),and students in Class 5-8 were divided into the experimental group(n=125).The experimental group received PAD-based classroom teaching mode,while the control group received conventional teaching mode.The theoretical knowledge and case analysis assessment results of the two groups were compared.Advantages of the two teaching modes and the satisfaction of students with the two teaching methods were investigated.Results The theoretical knowledge score,the case analysis score and the total score of the experimental group were all remarkably higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The experimental group believed that the PAD-based classroom teaching mode was superior to the control group in terms of improving learning interest,improving self-learning ability,deepening the understanding of theoretical knowledge,broadening the scope of knowledge,improving comprehensive analysis ability,and improving language expression ability,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the experimental group in teaching content,teaching method,interest,ability improvement,deepening theoretical knowledge understanding and improving comprehensive analysis ability were all remarkably higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion PAD-based classroom teaching mode can help significantly improve the teaching results in neurology teaching in medical colleges and universities,and students believe that it has more prominent advantages than the conventional teaching mode and they are more satisfied with the teaching effect.
