摘要
目的了解中国大学生高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)检出率及影响因素,为干预提供依据。方法检索Web of Science、PubMed、EMbase、The Cochrane Library、中国知网(CNKI)、维普网(VIP)、万方数据库(WanFang Data)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)发表于2022年8月25日前的中国大学生高尿酸血症相关研究,定量分析检出率并定性描述影响因素。结果共纳入23篇文献,137751名中国大学生。分析可知:中国大学生高尿酸血症检出率为21%(95%CI:16%,25%);影响因素包括人口学因素(性别,年龄,户籍,学生类别,民族)、个人健康因素(体质量类因素,血压类因素,血脂,血肌酐,ALT,高血红蛋白水平,eGFR)和其他因素(少运动,饮酒,摄入糖类饮料,多肉食,疾病知晓情况)。结论中国大学生高尿酸血症检出率较高,影响因素涉及人口学、个人健康等多方面,学校和医务人员应重视其健康状况,可从影响因素着手实施早期干预。
Objective To understand the prevalence and influencing factors of hyperuricemia(HUA)among Chinese college students,and to provide evidence for intervention.Methods The relevant studies on hyperuricemia of Chinese college students published by Web of Science,PubMed,EMbase,The Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP,WanFang Data,and CBM before August 25,2022 were retrieved,and the detection rate was analyzed quantitatively and the influencing factors were described qualitatively.Results A total of 23 articles including 137751 Chinese college students were included.The analysis showed that the detection rate of hyperuricemia among Chinese college students was 21(95%CI:16%,25%);The influencing factors included demographic factors(gender,age,registered residence,student type,nationality),personal health factors(body mass factors,blood pressure factors,blood lipids,creatinine,ALT,high hemoglobin level,eGFR)and other factors(less exercise,alcohol consumption,sugar drinks intake,more meat,disease awareness).Conclusion The detection rate of hyperuricemia among Chinese college students is high,and the influencing factors involve demography,personal health and other aspects.Schools and medical staff should pay attention to their health status and implement early intervention from the influencing factors.
