摘要
自噬是一种高度保守性的细胞维持内环境稳态的生理过程。近年来,自噬在肝纤维化发生发展中的作用受到越来越多的关注,同时中医药在防治肝纤维化上取得了长足的进步。文章主要从细胞自噬作为切入点探究中医药防治肝纤维化的分子机制,一方面探讨从肝星状细胞(Hepatic Stellate Cell,HSC)、肝巨噬细胞、肝窦内皮细胞和肝细胞在发生细胞自噬时对肝纤维化发生发展的影响;另一方面探讨中药复方药基于细胞自噬防治肝纤维化的作用机制,主要包括扶正化瘀方、疏肝健脾方、扶脾柔肝方、益气活血方等,以期为肝纤维化的防治工作提供新的思路和视野。研究表明,细胞自噬介导的相应机制与肝纤维化的发生发展之间存在密切关系。文章主要探讨中草药基于细胞自噬在防治肝纤维化发生发展中作用的研究进展。现论述如下。
Cell autophagy is a highly conserved physiological process in which cells maintain homeostasis.In recent years,the role of cell autophagy in the occurrence and development of liver fibrosis has received more and more attention,and TCM has made great progress in the prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis.In this paper,the molecular mechanism of TCM medicine in preventing and treating liver fibrosis in TCM was mainly explored from the aspect of cell autophagy.On the one hand,the influence of hepatic stellate cells,hepatic macrophages,hepatic sinusoidal endothelial cells and hepatocytes on the occurrence and progression of hepatic fibrosis during autophagy was discussed.On the other hand,the mechanism of TCM compound medicines in the prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis based on autophagy is discussed,mainly including the Fuzheng Huayu prescription(扶正化瘀方),the Shugan Jianpi prescription(疏肝健脾方),the Fupi Rougan prescription(扶脾柔肝方),and the Yiqi Huoxue prescription(益气活血方),in order to provide new ideas and perspectives for the prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis.
