摘要
目的分析孕早、中、晚期孕妇血红蛋白(Hb)、铁蛋白(SF)水平与甲状腺激素间的相关性。方法选择2019年9月至2020年9月接诊的150例妊娠期孕妇,根据孕周分为甲组(<12周48例)、乙组(12~28周55例)、丙组(>28周47例),均进行Hb、SF、甲状腺激素检测,比较3组Hb、SF、甲状腺激素水平,Pearson相关分析检测Hb、SF与甲状腺激素的相关性。结果甲组Hb、SF均高于乙组,乙组Hb、SF均高于丙组(P<0.05)。甲组FT3、FT4均高于乙组,乙组FT3、FT4均高于丙组(P<0.05)。甲组T3、T4、TSH均低于乙组,乙组T3、T4、TSH均低于丙组(P<0.05)。甲组Hb与FT3、FT4的线性关系呈正相关(P<0.05);乙组Hb与甲状腺激素无相关性(P>0.05)。丙组Hb与FT3的线性关系呈正相关性(P<0.05)。甲组、乙组SF与甲状腺激素无相关性(P>0.05)。丙组SF与FT3、FT4的线性关系呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期Hb、SF随着FT3、FT4的降低而降低,甲状腺功能改变提示患者机体铁储存量不足,临床应加强以上指标检测,以便及早发现异常,及早予以针对性治疗,改善妊娠结局。
Objective To analyze the correlation between the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),ferritin(SF)and thyroid hormones(TH)in early,mid,and late pregnancy.Methods Totally 150 pregnant women who received treatment in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were enrolled and allocated to group A(n=48,pregnancy less than 12 weeks),group B(n=55,pregnancy 12~28 weeks),group C(n=47,pregnancy more than 28 weeks).The tests of Hb,SF,and TH were performed,the levels of Hb,SF,and TH in the three groups were compared,the pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between Hb,SF and TH.Results Hb,SF,free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4)in group A were higher than those in group B,which were higher in group B than in group C(P<0.05).Triiodothyronine(T3),thyroxine(T4),thyrotropin(TSH)in group A were lower than those in group B,which were lower in group B than in group C(P<0.05).The linear relationship between Hb and FT3,FT4 was positively correlated in group A(P<0.05).Hb is comparable to TH in group B(P>0.05).The linear relationship between Hb and FT3 in group C showed positive correlation(P<0.05).There was no correlation between SF and TH in groups A and B(P>0.05).The linear relationship between SF and FT3 and FT4 in group C was positive correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion Hb,SF are positively correlated with FT3,FT4.Thyroid function changes suggest that the body iron stores are inadequate.The clinical testing of the above indicators should be strengthened in order to detect abnormalities early and provide targeted treatment early to improve pregnancy outcome.
