摘要
考虑了载荷共享的并联可修的两部件系统,其中失效部件不存在时修理工可进行多重休假,且当两部件均失效时,部件1具有修理优先权。利用Markov过程理论、Markov更新理论、Laplace变换和Laplace-Stieltjes变换方法,分别得到系统的平稳分布及其性能指标和从任意初始状态出发的系统可用度和可靠度函数。最后给出了初始状态对可用度和可靠度函数的影响及系统的费用效益分析的数值算例。
A 2-unit parallel repairable system with load-sharing is considered,where the repairman may take multiple vacations whenever no failed units exist in the system,and when the two units both fail,unit 1 has repair priority over unit 2.By using Markov process theory,Markov renewal theory,Laplace transform and Laplace-Stieltjes transform methods,the stationary distribution and performance index of the system as well as the availability and reliability functions of the system starting from an arbitrary initial state are obtained,respectively.Finally,numerical examples are given to show the effect of initial states on availability and reliability and to make analysis on system*s cost-benefit.
