基于“三全育人”理念的高校校园文化建设研究 被引量:4

摘要 形式多样、健康向上、格调高雅的校园文化活动会对高校师生产生潜移默化、深远持久的影响。高校要深刻理解“三全育人”的深刻内涵及各要素之间的相互关系,准确把握校园文化的内涵和外延,积极领悟基于“三全育人”理念建设高校校园文化的价值维度。从建立健全文化育人思想体系、健全校园文化内容建设机制、强化校园文化建设主体参与机制等多个方面,做好高校校园文化建设的顶层设计。在具体实践中,高校应该以“三全育人”理念引领校园文化建设,以优质文化加强校园文化安全建设,以文化自信构建校园文化生态,以完备的评价机制强化校园文化建设的过程管理。 Elegant,healthy and diversified campus cultural activities will have a subtle and far-reaching impact on teachers and students in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should deeply understand the profound connotation of“three-all educations”and the interrelationship between its elements,accurately grasp the connotation and extension of campus culture,and actively understand the value dimension of building campus culture based on the concept of“three-all educations”.Excellent design of campus culture construction is envisioned from the policy level from many aspects,such as establishing and improving the ideological system of cultural education,improving the construction mechanism of campus culture content,and strengthening the mechanism of participation of subjects during campus culture construction.In concrete practice,colleges and universities should guide the construction of campus culture with the concept of“three-all educations”,strengthen the construction of campus cultural safety with high-quality campus culture,build campus cultural ecology with cultural confidence,and strengthen the process management of campus culture construction with a complete evaluation mechanism.
