环形缝隙喷嘴改进导流内锥式除尘滤筒脉冲喷吹性能的数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 为提高除尘滤筒脉冲喷吹性能,研究了环形缝隙喷嘴对导流内锥式除尘滤筒清灰性能的改进作用,采用CFD数值模型对喷吹性能进行模拟,考察了除尘滤筒内部流场特征,研究了喷吹距离、文丘里管增设对喷吹效果的影响。结果表明:相比于普通喷嘴,使用环缝喷嘴后滤筒上部的负压几乎消失,滤筒内压力增大,喷吹强度提升;喷吹强度随着喷吹距离的增大呈先增后降的趋势,且喷吹均匀性逐渐改善,环缝喷嘴在喷吹距离为400 mm时,滤筒的清灰性能最佳,喷吹强度提升了44%;在滤筒上方开口处增设文丘里管可以使滤筒内压力峰值得到较大的提升,随着文丘里管安装高度升高,滤筒内的喷吹强度先升高再缓慢降低,变异系数呈先增后降的趋势,文丘里管安装高度为-30 mm时对喷吹强度提升最大(29%)。 In order to improve the pulse jet performance of the dust removal filter cartridge,the effect of the annular slit nozzle on the filter cleaning performance of the dust removal filter cartridge with an inner cone deflector in the guide flow was studied.The CFD numerical model was used to simulate the pulse jet performance,the internal flow field characteristics of the dust removal filter cartridge was investigated,and the effects of the injection distance and Venturi tube addition on the injection effect were studied.The results showed that,compared with the ordinary nozzle,the negative pressure in the upper part of the filter cartridge almost disappeared after using the annular slit nozzle,the pressure in the filter cartridge increased,and the pulse jet intensity increased.The pulse jet intensity increased first and then decreased with the increasing of the spraying distance,and the spraying uniformity gradually improved,and the cleaning performance of the filter cartridge was the best when the jet distance was 400 mm,and the jet intensity increased by 44%.With the increasing of the installation height of the Venturi tube,the jet intensity in the filter cartridge first increased and then slowly decreased,and the coefficient of variation showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the installation height of the Venturi tube was-30 mm when the jet intensity increased the most(29%).
