摘要
近年来,随着我国经济高质量发展,公路的建设量也随之增大,由于SBS改性沥青的价格及可靠性好,所以在实际工程中被应用得非常广泛。SBS改性沥青主要是通过在基质沥青中掺入SBS改性剂,经过搅拌等过程制备而成,能够达到改善沥青性能的目的。而稳定剂作为改性剂的一种,需求量也在逐渐增大,所以研究出一套高效、稳定的稳定剂配合比方案也变得尤为重要。这就使得我们对稳定剂材料的选用及性能有了更高的要求。主要研究将过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)、间亚苯基双马来酰亚胺(PDM)和过氧化氢异丙苯3种物质作为稳定剂,以体积的3%、5%和7%作为掺量得出的相应的SBS改性沥青的性能,并进行对比分析,从而得出更加符合实际工程的SBS改性沥青。
In recent years,with the high-quality development of China's economy,the construction volume of highways has also increased,SBS modified asphalt due to better price and reliability,so it is widely used in practical engineering,and SBS modified asphalt is mainly by incorporating SBS modifier in the matrix asphalt,prepared by stirring and other processes,so as to achieve the purpose of improving asphalt performance.As a modifier,the demand for stabilizers is gradually increasing,so it is particularly important to develop an efficient and stable stabilizer mix ratio program.This requires us to have higher requirements for the selection and performance of stabilizers materials.In this paper,the corresponding SBS-modified asphalt properties were compared by studying the three stabilizers of diisopropylene peroxide(DCP),m-phenylene bismaleimide(PDM),and hydrogen hydroxide with a dosage of 3%,5%and 7%,so as to obtain SBS modified asphalt that is more in line with the actual project.
