摘要
为提升四台矿井通风系统性能,实现煤矿安全高效开采,结合现场测定及VNT网络解算,针对有效风量率偏低、漏风严重、阻力分布不合理,且主要风机能力过剩等问题,提出优化措施,采取对多处风门加固改造,并将主要风机2号运行角度+7.5°替换为1号风机+5°。改造后,四台矿各用风地点需风量满足要求,总通风阻力由2 984.53 Pa减小至2 432.10 Pa,降低了风机功耗。
In order to improve the performance of ventilation system in Sitai Mine and realize safe and efficient mining in coal mines,combined with field measurement and VNT network solution,aiming at the problems of low effective air volume rate,serious air leakage,unreasonable resistance distribution and excess capacity of main fans,the optimization measures are put forward.The reinforcement and transformation of multiple air doors are adopted,and the main fan No.2 operating angle+7.5°is replaced by No.1 fan+5°.After the transformation,the required air volume of each wind site in Sitai Mine meets the requirements,and the total ventilation resistance is reduced from 2984.53 Pa to 2432.10 Pa,which reduces the power consumption of the fan.
