摘要
感染是全球发病率和死亡率的第二大原因,因此,研究头孢菌素类的抗菌药物具有重要意义。第一代半合成头孢菌素头孢唑林钠是一种新型含头孢菌素C的非肠道抗生素,用于治疗各种敏感细菌感染。文献中报道该药物的鉴别和定量分析方法,对其质量控制,保证产品的性能、疗效和患者的安全至关重要。从头孢唑林钠的国内外研究现状出发,结合大量文献进行分析,综述了头孢唑林钠的特征、性质以及测定方法。以期对该药物的鉴别和定量分析方法,质量控制提供理论依据。
Infections are the second leading cause of global morbidity and mortality,therefore it is highly important to study the antimicrobial agents such as cephalosporins.Cefazolin sodium is a kind of the first generation semisynthetic cephalosporins,a new kind of with cephalosporin C parenteral antibiotics used to treat various sensitive bacteria infection.The method of identification and quantitative analysis of the drug has been found in the references,which are crucial for the quality control of the drug,as well as guarantees the properties of the product,the efficacy and the safety of patients.This paper starts from the current situation of cefazolin sodium research at home and abroad,and analyzes it in combination with a large number of literatures.This study reviews the characteristics and properties of cefazolin sodium and the analytical methods used to determine cefazolin sodium for data retrieval from scientific articles in the world literature and official compendium to provide a theoretical basis for the method of identification and quantitative analysis of the drug,and the quality control.
