摘要
本文以2012—2020年已实现代际继承的上市家族企业为研究样本,基于技术创新的中介效应,考察继承者自信度与家族企业跨代创业的作用路径,并考察继承者政治关联的调节作用。研究结果发现:继承者自信程度与家族企业实行跨代创业行为成正相关关系;继承者自信程度通过技术创新这一中介变量对其实现跨代创业行为起着促进作用,技术创新在此路径中发挥着部分中介作用;同时,继承人的特殊政治关系也会强化这一正向关系,即继承者的政治关联会进一步增强继承者自信程度对跨代创业行为的正向影响。
This paper took the listed family businesses that have achieved intergenerational inheritance from 2012 to 2020 as the research sample,and examined the path of the successor’s self-confidence and the cross-generational entrepreneurship of family businesses as well as the moderating effect of the successor’s political connection based on the intermediary effect of technological innovation.The results showed that there was a positive correlation between successor’s self-confidence and family businesses’cross-generational entrepreneurial behavior;successors’self-confidence played a role in promoting their cross-generational entrepreneurial behavior through technological innovation,and technological innovation played a partial intermediary role in this path.At the same time,the special political relationship of the successor would also strengthen this positive relationship,that is,the political connection of the successor would further enhance the positive influence of the successor’s self-confidence on the cross-generational entrepreneurial behavior.
