摘要 基于PHA-FTA进行线路组塔高处作业事故的原因分析,确定事故发生的主要原因为违规作业、安全意识淡薄、作业人员缺乏相关资质、工器具未检查以及负责人指挥错误,并提出相对应的防范措施,提升线路组塔施工工程的安全管理水平。 Based on PHA-FTA,the cause of overhead operation accidents during line tower assembly is analyzed,and it is determined that the accident is mainly caused by illegal operation,weak safety awareness,lack of relevant qualifications of operators,non-inspection of tools and instruments as well as wrong command of the responsible person.The corresponding preventive measures are proposed so as to improve the safety management level of line tower assembly construction project.
