高碳烯醛镍系加氢催化剂的研究进展

摘要 在当前石化产品高端化发展、倡导绿色环保的大背景下,具有高分子量、低挥发性、高稳定性的高碳醇以其附加值高、产品供不应求而备受业界关注。近年来,镍系催化剂因其较低的成本和优异的加氢性能,在高碳烯醛加氢制高碳醇领域逐渐成为研究热点。对镍系催化剂的3种载体类型及影响加氢性能的因素进行综述,讨论影响镍系催化剂还原效果的因素,为制备性价比高、催化加氢性能强的镍系加氢催化剂提供指导思路。 Under the background of the current high-end development of products and the advocacy of green environmental protection,high-carbon alcohols with high molecular weight,low volatility and high stability have attracted much attention from the industry due to their high added value and short supply of products.In recent years,nickel-based catalysts have gradually become a research hotspot in the field of hydrogenation of high-carbon alkenals to high-carbon alcohols due to their low cost and excellent hydrogenation performance.This paper summarizes the three types of supports of nickel-based catalysts and the factors affecting the hydrogenation performance,discusses the factors affecting the reduction effect of nickel-based catalysts,and proposes ideas for preparing catalysts with high cost performance and strong catalytic hydrogenation performance.
