摘要
本文基于岳阳市物流产业与区域经济协同发展现状,采用DEA数据包络分析模型量化研究岳阳市物流产业和区域经济之间协同发展的相对效率。选取物流产业的两个产出指标(物流产业的增加值和货运量)和区域经济的两个产出指标(人均GDP和一般公共预算收入),作为衡量物流产业与区域经济协同发展相对效率的投入产出变量,测量2009年至2020年岳阳市物流产业与区域经济协同发展的相对效率。结果表明,二者之间的协同发展具有较高的相对效率。岳阳市应加大物流产业和区域经济的投入水平,扩大物流业和区域经济的规模,提高物流业和区域经济的技术水平,促进物流产业与区域经济高效率协同发展;同时应做好区域经济发展规划,注重发展民营经济,制定优惠政策吸引外资企业和高新技术企业在区域内发展,提高地方一般预算收入。
Based on the current situation of coordinated development of logistics industry and regional economy in Yueyang City,this paper uses DEA data envelopment analysis model to quantitatively study the relative efficiency of coordinated development between logistics industry and regional economy in the City.Two output indicators of logistics industry(value-added and freight volume)and two output indicators of regional economy(per capita GDP and general public budget income)are selected as input-output variables to measure the relative efficiency of logistics industry and regional economy coordinated development in Yueyang City from 2009 to 2020.The results show that the synergistic development between them has high relative efficiency.It is suggested that the investment,scale,and technical level should be upgraded to promote the coordinated development of logistics industry and regional economy efficiently.At the same time the regional economic development should be well planned as well as the development o£private economy.The government should formulate preferential policies to attract foreign capital enterprise and development of the high-tech enterprises in the area,and increase local general budget income.
