摘要
实施乡村振兴战略要求农业高职院校专业教师在道德修养、理论水平、实践经验和创新精神等方面为涉农专业学术科普农耕文化,为现代农业高质量发展提供科技创新服务,但当前农业高职院校专业教师队伍建设存在专业教师数量和办学经费不足、涉农专业社会认可度不高、教师实践经验不足和考核激励机制不健全等现实问题。为了给乡村振兴战略提供技术支撑和人才保障,农业高职院校应从完善教师引进和培养机制,拓展办学经费筹措渠道,提升学校知名度,组建技术推广服务团队和创新教师评价和激励机制等方面入手,优化专业教师队伍建设。
The higher vocational teachers majoring in agriculture are required to provide scientific and technological innovation services for the high-quality development of modem agriculture in terms of moral cultivation,theoretical level,practical experience and innovative spirit when the rural revitalization strategy is implemented.However,there are some realistic problems in the construction of teaching staff in agriculture-related higher vocational courses,which includes the insufficient number o£professional teachers and funding,low social recognition of agriculture-related majors,the lack of practical experience of teachers,and the imperfection of the assessment and incentive mechanism.In order to provide technical support and talent guarantee for the rural revitalization strategy,agriculture-related vocational colleges should optimize the construction of professional teaching staff by improving the introduction and training mechanism of teachers,expanding the financing channels for running schools,improving the popularity of the school,establishing a technical promotion service team and innovating the evaluation and incentive mechanism of teachers.
