摘要
目的对重症监护室患者医院感染控制应用细节管理的作用。方法使用随机数字表法将在2020年1月-2021年1月期间我院重症监护室患者80例,平均分为参照组和管理组每组入组患者40例,采用常规管理方式,及细节管理,对比两组患者发生不良反应的概率,包括肺感染、尿管感染、皮肤感染、呼吸感染;对比两组患者的满意度。结果管理组患者的不良反应发生率显著低于参照组,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理组患考的满意度明显优于参照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对患者采用细节管理能够提高患者的护理质量,并且降低重症监护室患者的感染风险,值得推广。
Objective The role of detail management in the application of detail management to hospital infection control for patients in intensive care units.Methods Using the random number table method,80 patients in the intensive care unit of our hospital were evenly divided into 40 patients in the reference group and management group from January 2020 to January 2021,and the probability of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared by conventional management methods and detailed management,including lung infection,urinaiy catheter infection,skin infection,and respiratory infection;The satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the management group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the satisfaction of patients in the management group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the comparison difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of detailed patient management to improve the quality of patient care and reduce the risk of infection in intensive care unit patients is worth replicating.
