摘要
目的冠心病患者中,分析责任制护理内容、应用效果及在护理质量、病情康复情况方面评价。方法110例患者,分为2组,即:对照组、实验组,各组收纳样本容量55例,其依据为:随机抽样法,且2组患者调查后,入院时间开始于2021年2月,结束于2022年2月,临床检查指征与“冠心病”诊断标准符合;在治疗阶段,将常规护理为对照组提供,责任制护理为实验组提供,就2组冠心病患者最终疗效进行对比。结果(1)关于临床指标,对实验组抽取冠心病患者展开分析,SAQ评分(91.82±3.49).护理质量评分(92.77±2.08)、满意度评分(91.99±2.41)和对照组(78.69±6.44,80.66±4.2181.94±4.07)相比,实验组居更高水平,P<0.05;(2)不良事件发生率中,常规护理测定数据、责任制护理测定数据有意义,且实验组(3.64%,2/55)VS对照组(16.36%,9/55),较低,P<0.05。结论临床干预时,在改善疾病症状,提高冠心病患者护理质量、满意度,有效预防不良事件,降低发生率方面,相比常规护理,责任制护理具备优势,可推行、使用。
Objective In patients with coronary heart disease,to analyze the content of responsibility system of nursing,application effect and evaluation in nursing quality,condition rehabilitation.Methods A total of 110 patients were divided into 2 groups,namely control group and experimental group.The sample size of each group was 55 cases,based on random sampling method.After the investigation of the two groups of patients,the admission time began in February 2021 and ended in February 2022.In the treatment stage,routine care will be provided for the control group,responsibility care will be provided for the experimental group,the final efficacy of the two groups of coronary heart disease patients were compared.Results(1)Regarding clinical indicators,CHD patients in the experimental group were selected for analysis.SAQ score(91.82±3.49),nursing quality score(92.77±2.08),satisfaction score(91.99±2.41)and control group(78.69±6.44,80.66±4.21,81.94±4.07)compared,the experimental group was higher,P<0.05;(2)In the incidence of adverse events,the data measured by routine nursing and responsibility nursing were significant,and the experimental group(3.64%,2/55)VS the control group(16.36%,9/55)were lower,P<0.05.Conclusion In clinical intervention,compared with conventional nursing,responsibility nursing system has advantages in improving disease symptoms,improving nursing quality and satisfaction of patients with coronary heart disease,effectively preventing adverse events and reducing the incidence.
