摘要
目的:探讨阴道残端圆韧带悬吊术对腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年10月丰县中医医院收治的60例行腹腔镜全子宫切除术的的患者信息,以随机数字表法分为对照组(30例,给予常规治疗)和试验组(30例,给予阴道残端圆韧带悬吊术治疗)。比较两组临床指标、术后并发症发生情况、盆底肌功能优良率。结果:试验组术后阴道长度、手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间以及住院时间分别为(7.91±0.28)cm、(83.06±5.87)min、(74.25±10.46)mL、(42.85±5.31)h、(6.39±2.11)d,与对照组的(7.84±0.31)cm、(82.45±4.93)min、(73.83±9.98)mL、(43.02±5.29)h、(6.47±2.05)d,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组并发症发生率为3.33%,与对照组的23.33%相比更低,试验组盆底肌功能优良率为100.00%,较对照组的83.33%更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阴道残端圆韧带悬吊术对腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者的相关手术指标无明显改善,但可减少术后并发症,盆底肌功能改善明显,具有临床应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the treatment effect of vaginal stump round ligament suspension in patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods:A total of 60 patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy in Feng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and test group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment and the test group was given vaginal stump round ligament suspension treatment.The clinical indexes,postoperative complications and the excellent and good rate of pelvic floor muscle function were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in postoperative vaginal length,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,exhaust time and hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the test group was lower than that in the control group,and the excellent and good rate of pelvic floor muscle function in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The round ligament suspension of vaginal stump in patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy has no significant improvement in the relevant surgical indicators of patients,but it reduces the incidence of postoperative complications,and significantly improves the pelvic floor muscle function.It has important clinical application value.
