摘要
中风,又称为脑卒中,其位居我国居民死亡原因之首,为患者家庭乃至全社会造成了沉重的经济负担。中风后肢体痉挛作为其常见的后遗症之一,是严重影响患者康复的临床重点和难点问题。本文通过对近些年来相关文献的检索,从病因病机、中医内治法、中医外治法等方面对其治疗方法进行了系统总结,以期对未来卒中后肢体痉挛的治疗及进一步的深入研究提供参考。
Stroke,also known as stroke,ranks first among the causes of death among residents in China,causing a heavy economic burden for patients'families and even the whole society.Post-stroke limb spasm,as one of its common sequelae,is a clinical focus and difficult problem that seriously affects the rehabilitation of patients.By searching the related literatures in recent years,this paper systematically summarized its treatment methods from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,etc.,in order to provide reference for the future treatment of limb spasm after stroke and further in-depth research.
