摘要
针对失眠一病,历代医家对其病因病机及针刺治疗均有不同见解,但大多取百会、神门、四神聪、安眠等穴位,以近部取穴、治标为主。中医治疗疾病要求治病求本,辨证论治,标本兼顾。失眠病程较长,病情多虚实夹杂,临床证型较多,因此治疗上应辨证施治、标本同治。子母补泻是针灸补泻法之一,治疗疾病时依据五行相生理论,按照病情的虚实来选取五输穴行补母或泻子的治疗方式,治疗中标本兼顾,并且取穴灵活简便、安全性高。本文主要论述运用“子母补泻法”通过调补经络治疗失眠,以期为临床治疗失眠提供新的思路。
For insomnia,physicians of the past dynasties have different opinions on its etiology,pathogenesis and acupuncture treatment,but most of them choose acupoints such as Baihui,Shenmen,Sishencong,and Anmian,and mainly select acupoints from the proximal part and treat symptoms.The treatment of diseases in TCM requires the treatment of the disease to seek the root and the specimen.Insomnia has a long course of disease,and the disease is mixed with deficiency and excess.The treatment should treat both the symptoms and the symptoms.Replenishing and reducing the mother and child is one of the methods of acupuncture and moxibustion.When treating diseases,it is based on the theory of the interaction of the five elements,and the five-shu acupoints are selected according to the deficiency and excess of the disease.This article mainly discusses the use of"replenishing and reducing method for children and mothers"to treat insomnia by regulating meridians and collaterals,in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of insomnia.
