摘要
中国共产党的侨务工作在不同阶段会根据当时的中心任务、世界格局变化、对华侨华人定位的认识来决定不同的侨务工作目标、任务导向。党的侨务工作经过了中华人民共和国成立前主要以统一战线工作为导向,社会主义革命和建设时期主要以服务外交为主导,改革开放后基本以经济建设为中心和主导的历程。新时代侨务工作面临着许多重大课题,需要进一步完善侨务工作导向,妥善应对华侨华人生存风险,注重海外工作的方式方法。
The objectives,missions,and orientations of the CPC’s overseas Chinese affairs work are established in accordance with the current central mission,change in the world pattern,and the understanding of the positioning of overseas Chinese and Chinese with foreign nationalities in different phases.The CPC’s overseas Chinese affairs work has gone through the united-front-oriented phase before the founding of New China,the diplomacy-serving-oriented phase in the socialist revolution and construction periods,and the phase centered on and oriented by economic development since the reform and opening-up.The overseas Chinese affairs work in the new era is faced with many significant issues.It is necessary to improve the orientation of overseas Chinese affairs work,properly handle the survival risks among overseas Chinese and Chinese with foreign nationalities,and attach importance to the working methods overseas.
