摘要
松茸是一种珍稀的药食两用真菌,富含各种活性成分,具有多种药理功能,其中多糖作为其主要的活性物质,越来越受到研究者的关注,尤其是松茸多糖的结构和功能研究。高效凝胶渗透色谱、气相色谱-质谱联用、柱前衍生法、红外光谱、核磁共振和甲基化分析等技术的应用,使松茸多糖的相对分子质量、单糖组成和比例、糖残基构型、糖苷键的链接方式等结构得到解析,体内体外实验证实了松茸多糖的抗氧化、抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抗辐射、降血糖、美白等药理作用,作用机制也得到初步阐明。针对松茸多糖的研究现状,本文对松茸多糖结构和功能的近期研究进展进行了综述,并对松茸多糖的后续研究提出展望,为松茸多糖的开发利用和研究方向提供理论依据和新思路。
Tricholoma matsutake(S.Ito et)Sing is a kind of rare medicinal and edible fungi,which is rich in many active ingredients and has various pharmacological functions.More and more researchers'attentions have been attracted because of the polysaccharides being main active substances of Tricholoma matsutake,especially their structure and function.Structures of polysaccharides,including the relative molecular weight,monosaccharide composition and proportion,sugar residue configuration,glycosidic bond linkage,etc.were analyzed via these technologies as high performance gel permeation chromatography,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,precolumn derivatization,infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance,methylation analysis.The pharmacological effects of Tricholoma matsutake polysaccharides on antioxidation,anti-tumor,immune regulation,anti radiation,hypoglycemia,whitening,etc.had been confirmed in vivo and vitro,and the mechanism of actions had also been preliminarily clarified.In this paper,the recent progresses of the structure and functions of Tricholoma matsutake polysaccharides were reviewed and the prospects for the future study of Tricholoma matsutake polysaccharides were put forward to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for the development,utilization and research direction of Tricholoma matsutake polysaccharides.
