钱家营矿局扇不间断电源系统的设计与应用

摘要 煤矿井下掘进工作面局扇采用专用变压器、专用线路、专用开关(以下简称“三专”)供电系统,特殊情况下出现市电中断时,大功率不间断电源可以为局扇供电,有效解决局扇双停带来的瓦斯超限等重大隐患。根据局扇耗能进行储能装置容量设计,设计了一种适用于局扇的不间断电源,匹配单体电池容量和个数,使电池组处于最佳工作状态。基于系统的控制器对传统“三专”供电网络进行监测,加装防止反送电装置和智能切换器,实现局扇供电电源从市电向蓄电池、逆变式充电机、变频调速逆变器以及升压器作为电能转换装置的智能切换,并实现局扇运行状态监控和相关报警功能。同时接入矿井智能化监控管理平台,实现远程监控和报警,提高矿井工作面的安全性和可靠性,保证工作面人员的生命安全。 The power supply system for the local fan in the coal mine underground tunneling face is special transformer,special line and special switch(hereinafter referred to as“three special”).When the commercial power is interrupted under special circumstances,the high-power uninterruptible power supply can supply power for the local fan,effectively solving the major hidden dangers such as gas overrun caused by double stop of the local fan.According to the energy consumption of local fan,the capacity of energy storage device is designed,and an uninterruptible power supply suitable for local fan is designed,which matches the capacity and number of single batteries to make the battery pack in the best working state.The controller based on the system monitors the traditional“three-specialized”power supply network,and at the same time,an anti-reverse power transmission device and an intelligent switch are installed to realize the intelligent switching of the local fan power supply from the commercial power to the battery,the inverter charger,the variable frequency speed inverter and the booster as the power conversion devices,and realize the monitoring of the local fan operation state and the related alarm functions.At the same time,it is connected to the mine intelligent monitoring and management platform to realize remote monitoring and alarm,improve the safety and reliability of the mine working face and ensure the life safety of the working face personnel.
