摘要 为了应对大规模分布式电源的配电网保护资源多类型、差异化配置给配电网保护装置的协调配合带来的挑战,借助面向智能配电网的先进信息和通信基础设施,提出了一种分布式保护协调优化方法,以充分发挥各类保护装置的优势,提升有源配电网保护系统的整体性能。首先,提出了基于多代理的有源配电网分布式保护时序优化框架;然后,刻画了基于保护瞬时动作信号响应的配电网保护动作时限整定模型与实现方法,使保护装置可以动态调整自身的动作行为,实现配电网保护装置的动态协调配合;最后,通过案例仿真验证了所提方法的有效性,仿真结果表明,该算法能够有效避免基于不同原理的保护装置的协调失配,并能有效缩短保护系统的动作时延。 In order to meet the challenges brought by the multi-type and differentiated configuration of distribution network protection resources for large-scale distributed power sources to the coordination and cooperation of distribution network protection devices,a distributed protection coordination optimization method is proposed to give full play to the performance advantages of various protection devices and improve the overall performance of the ADN protection system.Firstly,a multi-agent based optimization framework for ADN protection coordination optimization is proposed.Then the time delay settings model and associated implementation method of ADN protection system based on protection instantaneous operate signal responding to fault are described,so that the protection device can dynamically adjust its operation behavior and realize the dynamic coordination of ADN protection devices.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by case study.The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively avoid mis-coordination for the protection devices based on different protection principles and shorten the operate time of the protection.
