摘要
随着新型电力系统的建设,电网缺乏灵活调节能力的问题日益凸显,在云边协同虚拟电厂场景下,聚合控制装置在完成分布式资源标准化统一汇集的同时,还需要有效支撑装置低能耗海量接入与虚拟电厂毫秒级快速调频。提出了聚合控制装置本体节能控制技术与精准时延测量技术,通过分析验证,表明装置在多场景节能和微秒级时延测量方面均有良好效果。
With the construction of new power systems,the problem of insufficient flexibility in power grid adjustment has become prominent.In the cloud edge collaborative virtual power plant scenario,when the aggregation control device needs to complete the standardization and unified collection of distributed resources,it also need corresponding technological innovations to effectively support the low-energy mass access of the device and the MS-level fast frequency modulation of the virtual power plant.The energysaving control technology and precise delay measurement technology of the aggregation control device body are proposed.Through analysis and verification,it is proved that the device has good effects in multi-scenario energy saving andμs-level delay measurement.
