摘要
以建设水资源调配、水灾害防控、水生态保护、水智慧管理功能一体化的双辽市现代水网为核心,立足于研究国民经济和社会发展的实际情况,本文对双辽市现代水网建设基础以及存在的问题进行了系统分析。通过综合研究结果,明确了现代水网建设需求,提出了双辽市现代水网体系建设思路技术路线及总体布局基本框架。
With the construction of modern water network in Shuangliao city,which integrates the functions of water resource allocation,water disaster prevention and control,water ecological protection and water intelligent management as the core,based on the actual situation of national economic and social development,this paper systematically analyzes the construction foundation and existing problems of Shuangliao modern water network.Based on the comprehensive research results,the demand of modern water network construction is clarified,and the idea,technical route and overall layout of Shuangliao modern water network system construction are put forward.
