摘要
目的探讨眼轮匝肌瓣上移重睑成形术在治疗单睑伴轻度上睑凹陷的临床效果。方法选取2021年6月-2022年5月于克拉玛依市中西医结合医院接受重睑成形术的36例就诊者临床资料进行回顾性分析,收集患者术后并发症、满意度、重睑宽度变化幅度等指标。患者术前均为先天性单睑伴轻度上睑凹陷,采用眼轮匝肌上移法完成重睑成形术,充分游离睑部眼轮匝肌并上移与眶部眼轮匝肌融为一体,在其前缘将皮肤缝合于睑板前筋膜,7-0丝线缝合切口。结果共36例患者随访6个月,总满意率为97.22%。未发生明显上睑不对称、凹凸不平、凹陷、多重睑等并发症,术后6个月与拆线时重睑线宽度变化幅度无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论眼轮匝肌上移重睑成形术可有效预防轻度上睑凹陷患者在重睑成形术后出现上睑凹陷和多重睑畸形,维持重睑宽度、提升眼部美观度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of orbicularis oculi flap upward blepharoplasty in the treatment of single eyelid with mild sunken upper eyelid.Methods The clinical data of 36 patients who underwent blepharoplasty atintegrated traditional Chinese and Western medical hospital of Karamay from June 2021 to May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and the postoperative complications,satisfaction degree,and change range of heavy eyelid width were collected.Before surgery,all congenital single eyelids with mild sunken upper eyelid were performed,and blepharoplasty was completed by moving up the orbicularis oculi muscle.the orbicularis oculi muscle of the eyelid was fully dissociated and moved upward to integrate with the orbicularis oculi muscle of the orbital area.The skin was sutured to the anterior fascia of the tarsal plate at its front edge,and the incision was sutured with 7-0 silk thread.Results A total of 36 patients were followed up for 6 months,and the overall satisfaction rate was 97.22%.There were no obvious complications such as upper eyelid asymmetry,unevenness,depression,and multiple eyelids.There was no significant difference in the variation range ofwidth of the heavy eyelid line between 6 months after surgery and at that time when the stitches were removed(P>0.05).Conclusion Upper blepharoplasty with orbicularis oculi muscle can effectively prevent sunkenupper eyelidand multiple blepharomatosis after operation,maintain the width of the heavy eyelid and improve the aesthetics of the eyes,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
