摘要
目的 探讨强直性脊柱炎患者的睡眠障碍及相关危险因素。方法 收集2019年3月-2021年3月于河南科技大学第一附属医院就诊收治的164例强直性脊柱炎患者的病历资料,根据PSQI结果将患者分为有睡眠障碍组与无睡眠障碍组,并通过多因素Logistic回归分析强直性脊柱炎患者睡眠障碍发生的相关因素。结果 所选的164例患者经PSQI评估后,睡眠障碍的有69例(42.07%)。根据PSQI结果将患者分为有睡眠障碍组与无睡眠障碍组,经单因素分析结果显示,在心理状态、疾病活动性指标、疼痛程度等方面,睡眠障碍组与无睡眠障碍组对比存在统计学差异(P <0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,心理状态、疾病活动性指标、疼痛程度均是强直性脊柱炎发生睡眠障碍的危险因素。结论 AS患者常见睡眠障碍,AS患者的睡眠障碍与疾病活动度,心理状态,疼痛等因素密切相关,心理状态、疾病活动性度、疼痛程度均是强直性脊柱炎发生睡眠障碍的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the sleep disorder and related risk factors in patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Methods The medical records of 164 cases of ankylosing spondylitis treated in the first affiliated hospital of Henan university of science and technology from March 2019 to March 2021 were collected. According to the results of PSQI, the patients were divided into sleep disorder group and non sleep disorder group, and the related factors of sleep disorder in patients with ankylosing spondylitis were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression. Results 164 patients were selected, 69 cases(42.07%)had sleep disorders after PSQI evaluation.According to the results of PSQI, the patients were divided into sleep disorder group and non sleep disorder group. The results of univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences between sleep disorder group and non sleep disorder group in terms of psychological state, disease activity index and pain degree(P < 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that mental state,disease activity index and pain degree were the risk factors of sleep disorder in ankylosing spondylitis. Conclusion Sleep disorders are common in patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Sleep disorders in patients with ankylosing spondylitis are closely related to disease activity, psychological state, pain and other factors. Psychological state, disease activity and pain are the risk factors of sleep disorders in ankylosing spondylitis.
