摘要
目的分析对2型糖尿病(T2DM)伴甲亢患者采用碘-131(131I)联合胰岛素泵进行治疗的近、远期疗效,以及对骨代谢指标的影响。方法此次研究对象均为来绥中县医院接受治疗的2型糖尿病伴甲亢患者(纳入时间:2020年1月-2020年12月),共计80例。按照双色球法将其分为两组,其中参照组(40例)采用甲巯咪唑联合胰岛素泵进行治疗,研究组(40例)采用碘-131联合胰岛素泵治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、甲状腺指标、骨代谢指标及血糖控制效果。结果治疗后,研究组治疗有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组甲状腺指标优于参照组(P<0.05);研究组骨代谢指标优于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月和12个月,研究组血糖控制效果均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病伴甲亢患者采用碘-131联合胰岛素泵进行治疗,近、远期疗效确切,不仅患者远期血糖控制效果理想,还可显著改善骨代谢情况,值得临床推广应用。
Objective Analyze the short-term and long-term effects of 131I combined with insulin pump in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and hyperthyroidism and their effects on bone metabolism.Methods 80 patients with type two diabetes mellitus and hyperthyroidism treated in our hospital were enrolled in this study(inclusion time:January 2020-December 2020).They were divided into two groups according to the double chromosphere method.Among them,the reference group(40cases)was treated with methimazole combined with insulin pump,and the study group(40cases)was treated with iodine-131 combined with insulin pump.The therapeutic effect,thyroid index,bone metabolism index and blood glucose control effect of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the thyroid indexes in the study group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05);the indexes of bone metabolism in the study group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05);at 3 and 12 months after treatment,the blood glucose control effect of the study group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes and hyperthyroidism with 131I combined with insulin pump is effective in the near and long term.It is not only ideal for long-term blood glucose control,but also can significantly improve bone metabolism.It is worthy of clinical application.
